Why Alkaline Water? (કેમ આલ્કલાઇન પાણી પીવું જોઇયે)

કેમ આલ્કનાઇઝા પાણી પીવું જોઇયે? 

આલ્કલાઇન પાણીમાં "આલ્કલાઇન" શબ્દ તેના પીએચ સ્તરનો સંદર્ભ આપે છે. પીએચ સ્તર એ એક સંખ્યા છે જે 0 થી 14 ના સ્કેલ પર એસિડિક અથવા આલ્કલાઇન પદાર્થ કેવી રીતે થાય છે તે માપે છે. આલ્કલાઇન પાણી સામાન્ય પીવાના પાણી કરતા પીએચ સ્તર વધારે છે. આને કારણે, કેટલાક માને છે કે આલ્કલાઇન પાણી તમારા શરીરમાં એસિડને બેઅસર કરી શકે છે.

સામાન્ય પીવાના પાણીમાં સામાન્ય રીતે 5 થી 7'' ની તટસ્થ પીએચ હોય છે. આલ્કલાઇન પાણીમાં સામાન્ય રીતે "8 અથવા 9" નું pH હોય છે. જો કે, એકલા પીએચ પાણી માટે નોંધપાત્ર ક્ષારિકતા આપવા માટે પૂરતા નથી.

Why Alkaline Water? 

The word "Alkaline" in alkaline water refers to its PH levels. The PH level is a number that measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is on a scale of 0 to 14. Alkaline water has a higher PH level than normal regular drinking water. Because of this, some believes alkaline water can neutralize the acid in your body.
